The Embassy of India, Kathmandu is inviting online applications from Nepalese students for the prestigious COMPEX-2025 Scholarship Scheme—your gateway to undergraduate studies in India. Courses Available Under COMPEX-2025:
- B.E. / B.Tech (Engineering)
- B.Sc. Agriculture
- B.Pharmacy
- B.Sc. Food Technology
- B.Sc. Nursing
Key Dates to Remember:
- Step-2 (Online Application Submission): 9th July 2025 (till 11:45 PM)
- Challan Fee Payment Deadline: 11th July 2025 (during bank hours)
- Step-3 (Upload Challan & Final Submission): 13th July 2025 (till 11:45 PM)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks and 50% in English in Class 12
- Subject-wise requirements vary (PCM/PCB)
- Class XI marks are NOT considered
- Open to Class XII graduates and 2025 appearing students
- Must have studied in Nepal
Selection Process:
- Computer Based Test (CBT) in Kathmandu (tentatively 4th week of July 2025)
- Admit cards available 3 days before the exam at www.indembkathmandu.gov.in
- Final selection based on COMPEX merit and university confirmation
- No agents or consultants allowed—apply independently
How to Apply (3 Simple Steps):
- Register on the Embassy website (with Study in India ID)
- Fill the application form and upload photo/signature/documents
- Deposit NPR 400 at Nepal SBI Bank & upload scanned challan

- No edits allowed after Step-2—apply carefully
- Applications via agents/consultants will be rejected
